The Crisis at Puerto Rico’s Hospitals

Puerto Rico is having difficult days due to the limited amount of power supplies left. Especially in hospitals without the air conditioning, operation rooms are getting unsafe. One suggestion Hillary Clinton came up with was the US Navy ships serving as floating hospitals but the Navy is unsure if the islands can handle the big ship right now.
