The Los Angeles County HSAC was started by the LA County Sheriff's Department in conjunction with Business Executives for National Security (BENS) to promote homeland seciurity public-private partnerships. Their latest initiative is the Community Stakeholder Network (CSN), an ambitious website to support business and community stakeholders in the vent of a crisis.
