Angela Kim

Angela Kim is a third year biochemistry major at UCLA. With an interest in environmental work, she spends her time outside of class doing energy efficiency research with the ART program and managing volunteers as president of Global Environmental Brigades. Her past community involvement includes organizing public health student campaigns with the California Public Interest Research Group and working in a week-long reforestation project in Panama this past summer. 

After graduation from UCLA, Kim will work in environmental health, researching the connection of the environment to human health. She joined the blog team to learn to research emerging issues and public policy around community health.
