Three die as Storm Ophelia batters Ireland and Britain

Strom Ophelia has hit Britain and Ireland with winds exceeding 100 miles per hour. Ireland’s worst storm is being described as a national emergency leaving thousands without electricity and three dead. The severity of the storm prompted the closure of schools and public transportation.
