Portugal and Spain wildfires kill at least 39 people

Spain and Portugal have seen their largest wildfires since 2006. With 63 people injured and 39 people confirmed dead, the region is in disarray trying to recover from the devastation. While some of the fires were started intentionally, the rapid growth was exacerbated by low humidity, high temperatures, and in the case of Portugal, the driest September in the last 87 years.
