Truck Driver Kills 8 in NYC

U.S. immigrant Sayfullo Saipov drove a rental truck down a bike path, killing eight and injuring many more. The suspect was taken down by a police officer and is now being treated in a local hospital. The New York City mayor has labeled this incident an act of terror.
