Forever 21 possible credit card hack

Just this week, Forever 21 announced that customers who shopped at a local Forever 21 store earlier this year may have had their credit card information stolen. According to Forever 21, the investigation is ongoing but an unknown number of credit card users during the period of March to October 2017 are thought to be at risk. The company announced that an encryption used to hide credit card information was not functioning properly as the source of the problem. As of now, the names of the stores involved have yet to be disclosed.
