Two killed amid flash-flooding chaos

Sydney has had the heaviest rainfall this November than it has had in the last decade. This substantial rainfall has caused flash floods, traffic disorder, and power outages. Hundreds of flights have been canceled or delayed in response to the rainfall. As of now, 2 individuals have died due to the chaos.
