Egypt explosion injures tourists near Giza pyramids

A device exploded near a tourist bus carrying 25 South African citizens by a close-to-opening Grand Egyptian Museum near the Giza pyramids. At least 14 people were injured from the explosion, and they are currently being treated at a nearby hospital.
