Ukrainian Plane Crash in Iran

176 people on board the Ukraine International Airlines Boeing 737 were killed when the plane immediately crashed after takeoff from Tehran. The flight was a popular transit route for Canadians traveling to Iran, as 63 of the deaths were Canadians. Many of the victims were students working towards their degrees, one couple was getting married in Iran and going back home, and some were just children.
