In these past months America has been hit with an overwhelming number of natural disasters. California has experienced its worst wildfire season of its history. As erratic natural disasters become more common, thanks to worsening climate change, certain regions of the United States will become increasingly difficult to live in. Migration is sure to follow. The nation is on the cusp of a transformation as about 162 million Americans are likely to experience a decline in the quality of their environment over the next thirty years. This is mostly due to more heat and less water. The nation will also be transformed economically as homes rapidly lose value and crops are destroyed.
