Vaccine distribution has begun across the United States. Despite enormous feats made in vaccine development, the vaccine rollout itself has been disappointing. One such state where rollout has been taking a toll on both the public and health officials alike is Florida. Each county manages their own rollout. Thus, from county to county, people camp out for vaccines, schedule appointments through Eventbrite or email, and wait in lengthy lines only to be turned away due to lack of enough doses. Many other states face similar problems; they have broad populations they want to vaccinate, but a limited amount of doses.
