Holli Herdeg

Holli Herdeg is a fourth year Greek and Latin and Political Science double major at UCLA. Her interests in international relations, the Middle East, international security, and counter-terrorism are leading her towards a future career in international security or foreign affairs. Beyond EPICenter, she is also assisting Dr. Katona in a secondary hospital security project focusing on perceptions of Electronic Medical Record security in healthcare. Her past credentials include serving as President of the Classical Society at UCLA, as a key technical member of Hooligan Theatre Company, and with Dr. Katona as an undergraduate assistant in an upperdivion Honors seminar on Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism, and WMDs. At current, she also works with the Classics Department as an office and research assistant and is a fiction writer and editor.

With EPICenter, Herdeg is the team leader for the cybersecurity policy and research portion of the project, researching and examining cyberscurity policy and how it relates to health care and hospital security.
