Jonathan Wu

Jonathan Wu graduated from UCLA in June 2013 with a Bachelor of Schience in Psychobiology, completing a distinguished academic career marked by both scholastic achievement and years of community involvement, volunteerism, teaching, and outreach. During his college career, he served as a Music Director for Crossroads Campus Ministries, a Public Health/First Aid Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts of America, a researcher for Dr. Kang Ting’s Orthopedic Surgery Laboratory, and an in-home Caretaker for the County of Los Angeles. Utilizing his EMT-B certifications, Wu is currently serving in the American Red Cross San Gabriel Valley Pomona Chapter as a disaster responder and in the St. Jude Medical Center Post-Anesthesia Care Unit as a volunteer.  In addition, he has been taking time to work with the underserved communities through Lemus Medical Center located in Commerce, CA.  He will pursue his goals of working in the field of emergency medicine following graduation.
 
In his role with the Los Angeles Health Care Systems Security Project since 2012, Wu has researched our conference series and performed a range of administrative and operational tasks related to EPICenter LA’s content and function.
