A 4-YEAR TRADITION
Who We Are
We at EPICenter LA strive to reflect on the history of natural disasters and diseases to spread awareness and knowledge on how to prepare for disasters and prevents previously encountered shortcomings in the future. Our information center was established in 2015 by Dr. Peter Katona and a group of students at UCLA. Since those early beginnings, EPICenter LA has dedicated itself to helping the general population prepare, respond to and recover from natural disasters, and move towards a stronger and more resilient future.
