The C.D.C. has announced for all 50 states to prepare for a vaccination by the latest in late October or early November. Dr. Fauci and Dr. Hahn have stated in interviews that the vaccine can be made available for particular groups before the results of clinical trials are revealed, only if the results are strongly positive. However, there is much dispute that this rush of vaccines is related to the election day on November 3rd.
