JEMS: Car Hits 13 Children, Kills Two, in Japan

In a statement released by the Tokyo Police, a car ran over 16 mostly kindergarten children who were walking along a sidewalk. The car had collided with a second vehicle and ultimately veered on the sidewalk striking the children. Two, two-year-old children were pronounced dead and the condition of the other children is not known. To read more about the accident, click here.
