NPR: New HIV Map Offers Most Detailed Look Yet At The Epidemic

A newly published study done by the University of Washington-Seattle’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation has produced what is described as one of the most detailed maps ever to be constructed to display the prevalence of HIV in Africa. This research opens gates for further research into why some areas of Sub-Saharan Africa are experiencing a rise in prevalence, while others are decreasing. For more information, click here
