WBUR: Testing Reveals ‘Stunning’ Asymptomatic Coronavirus Spread Among Boston’s Homeless

Boston doctors who work with those who are homeless in the city are bringing to attention the spread of coronavirus through this population. At the beginning of the outbreak, they were testing just those who showed symptoms, however, when everyone at one shelter was tested, more than one-third (146 out of 397) tested positive. This finding adds to the novel information about the number of people who have coronavirus, but are completely asymptomatic.
