Hurricane Laura Knocks Out Power For Hundreds Of Thousands In Louisiana And Texas

NPR: The wake of Hurricane Laura has left over 800,000 people without power in Louisiana and Texas, and soon-to-be Arkansas. Although the Hurricane decreased to category 1 status after reaching Louisiana, it is still expected to deliver a high impact as it moves into Arkansas and Kentucky later on Thursday.
