Researchers have found that malnutrition is linked to harmful child development, that can cause dangerous handling in extreme stress, dealing with peers, and managing authority. These are all factors in those that that initiate gun violence. Almost 70% of the homicides in St. Louis occurred in low income homes that didn’t have readily available access to grocery markets.
