JOURNAL NEWS: Ohio to consider tougher penalties on owners of violent dogs, require euthanasia for dogs that kill or cause injury

With almost 65,000 instances of dog bites reported from 2013 to 2017, Ohio lawmakers are considering tightening their dog laws. In the state, dog attacks requiring hospital admission have become much more common, affecting children and adults alike.
