CNN: Russian River rises to 45 feet, turning California town into an island

The Russian River reached 45.31 feet Wednesday night in the Northern California town of Guerneville, leaving 4,500 residents isolated. The River reached its highest level since the late 1990s and is expected to fall back below flood stage over the next few days. For more information, click here.
