CNN: 16 cases of mumps have been reported at Temple University

Ten confirmed and six probable cases of mumps have been reported by Temple University. Mumps is a vaccine-preventable disease: the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccine is 88% effective when two doses are given.
