Mexico City is facing a severe water crisis exacerbated by climate change, with reservoirs dwindling to dangerously low levels. The city’s inadequate infrastructure and ongoing drought have heightened concerns about the ability to provide adequate water access to its residents. There is unequal access to water in the city, largely dependent on income, and experts warn that the city could run out of water before the rainy season arrives if it continues using it in the same way.
