Several Rescued from Istanbul Building Collapse

An 8 story apartment building has collapsed in Turkey leaving three dead and 13 rescued. The apartment complex houses 43 residents leaving 30 residents unaccounted for. Some were rescued after 18 hours of continuous searching through the debris left by the collapsed structure. Although the cause of the collapse is not yet known, officials confirmed the top three floors were built illegally.
