Some scientists say that due to the effects of climate change, a rare storm may occur in California and cause even more damage than an earthquake occurring along the San Andres Fault. This storm, which some are calling the “other big one,” would last for weeks and bring so much rainfall that more than 1.5 million people would be displaced due to flooding.
