NBC News: Measles Kills 900 in Madagascar

NBC News: The World Health Organization released a report claiming that measles in Madagascar has killed more than 900 people. Those most at risk for the epidemic that began back in September are infants from 9 to 11 months old. Supposedly the country’s vaccination rate is below 60%, far lower than what is recommended.
