Measles, a disease that scientists and medical professionals previously saw diminish very rapidly, has been popping up through outbreaks in many parts of the world in the past two years. Different factors seem to be the main contributors based on the country: in Israel the clinics that administer vaccinations are not meeting the needs of very large families (which is common in Orthodox families), but in the United States there is a much stronger anti-vaccination presence.
