LA Times: LAPD officers may have been exposed to highly infectious MRSA bacteria

Many LAPD officers in Reseda have possibly been exposed to MRSA though it is still unclear how they came in contact with the staph bacteria or how many officers have been infected. MRSA leads to a contagious infection that is resistant to antibiotics and is commonly spread in hospitals but also largely affects the homeless community.
