CBS NEWS: Los Angeles County bans flavored tobacco products amid rising health worries

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to ban flavored tobacco products in stores which include e-cigarettes, menthol cigarettes, and chewing tobacco. Current users will not be punished, and online sales remain legal. The ordinance takes effect on October 24th. Retailers will have 180 days to update their shelves.
