The Chernobyl Nuclear Reactor has finally been put away for good. For years on end radioactive debris has been flying out from Chernobyl, but after 33 years and more than $100 million, the issue has been solved. The radioactive contamination was so bad that people could not live there. If people had not evacuated and damage control efforts had not been put in place, 9,000 people were predicted to die.
