Covid Gag Rules at U.S. Companies Are Putting Everyone at Risk

Bloomberg: Many employers across the state are not disclosing pertinent information about their employees testing positive for the virus, sometimes even forbidding employees spread this news. This new “rule” has caused havoc in the workplace, and renders the environment unsafe. Managers have been punishing their employees for spreading the news, claiming the information is private.
