Epic winter storm turns Southern California snow white.
Hit with another winter storm on Monday, California expects the new winter storm to bring more rain and snow across the state through Wednesday. The National Weather Service has forecast up to 6 feet of additional snow through Wednesday in the Sierra and up to 2 feet in the mountains. There was also five feet of snow that completely blanketed the Lake Arrowhead area in the San Bernardino Mountains, trapping students and people alike. While the winds from this storm will not be as strong, there is still a wind advisory in effect through Monday night for Antelope Valley. There could be up to 70 mph of wind gusts.
