CNN: CDC drops 5-day isolation guidance for Covid-19, moving away from key strategy to quell infections


The new CDC guidelines say that people should isolate until they have been fever-free with no medications and improving symptoms for 24 hours. The CDC has given many explanations for these changes, but many health experts do not agree with the decision.
