Catherine Nguyen

Catherine Nguyen is a fourth year Human Biology and Society B.S major at UCLA. With a great interest in public health, she has been devoted to improving the lives of those around her by participating in volunteer organizations American Red Cross, Asian Pacific Health Corps, and TEACH to educate underserved communities in Los Angeles on cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and diet. Nguyen joined EPICenter LA to apply her passion for epidemiology and public health. In her role with the project, she acts as the project representative fielding media inquiries and researching recent news to update the website.
