AWARE for All – Los Angeles: Clinical Research Education Day is a free educational event that serves as a forum for open dialogue between patients, members of the public, and health and research professionals. AWARE for All will provide information about the clinical research process and activity here in LA, as well as food, prizes, and free health screenings.

JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH MOBILE UNIT

In the days leading up to AWARE, our first-of-its kind Journey to Better Health RV will visit various neighborhoods around Los Angeles. The mobile unit will offer interactive activities and educational resources about clinical research. For information on the locations that we will be visiting, visit awareforall.org.

FAQs

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to do so! We will check your name on our attendee pre-registration list.

Will there be parking?
Yes! We are offering parking free-of-charge at McCarthy Way Parking Structure (Formerly Parking Structure X) located at 601 USC McCarthy Way, Los Angeles, CA 90007. Once you have parked, mention AWARE for All to the guard at the ticket booth. Collect your hosted pass, then place your ticket on your dashboard to be clearly visible.

Can I bring friends and family?
We encourage all our attendees to spread the word to their friends and family! If you bring anyone with you to the event, you will be given a blue raffle ticket to be entered into our Friends & Family Raffle to win a Kindle Fire!
