Jacqueline Khalil

UCLA Pre-medical and Neuroscience major Jacqueline Khalil’s past community service and pre-medical research includes serving the homeless at The Joseph House in Salisbury, Maryland, assisting her sorority Alpha Delta Pi’s involvement with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, representing the Pre-Medical Peer Association as President, and conducting research in the Laboratory of Neuro-Imaging at UCLA. In preparation for her future career in medicine, she has shadowed practicing physicians at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center and administered medical care to the Quilombo Communities along the Amazon River. 

Khalil assists with social media and works on the Disease Surveillance Team, assisting Dr. Katona in developing and implementing a system for reporting illness in schools using text messaging.
