A team of researchers from MIT’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research and Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital has developed an effective way to deliver insulin by swallowing a pill. The insulin is still injected with a needle, but it is so small it can be swallowed, and the injection occurs in the wall of the stomach. For more information, click here.
