As gun violence continues to soar and create devastating incidents in our country, states have little hope in legislation and politicians. They begin to think that there can be some control through the market. California ponders for the creation of liability insurance for gun owners. San Jose is the only city that had passed such law. In New York state, a liability measure covering at least $1 million has been introduced.
