Disease X Conference Causes Controversy Amongst Right Wing Members

Within a week, the World Economic Forum is planning on meeting to discuss mitigation strategies for hypothetical “Disease X”. The meeting is being held to discuss potential strategies in the event of another pandemic like COVID-19. The meeting has met criticism online from right wing party members who fear that the meeting will make lockdown measures used during the COVID-19 pandemic more concrete.
