BBC: Russia cyber-plots: US, UK and Netherlands allege hacking

Russia has received accusations of various forms of cyber-hacking from the U.S., the Netherlands, the UK, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, and Malaysia. These alleged targets have observed the increasing pattern of Russian aggression by calling their operations “Western spy mania”. In response, Russia’s foreign ministry showed their discontent by explaining that they are just victims of more staged propaganda. The U.S. specifically is charging seven agents for being involved in cyber plotting.
