JEMS:10 Dead, Dozens Injured in Bombing at Colombia Police Academy

On Thursday, January 17th, a car bomb was detonated outside of a heavily guarded police academy in Bogota, Columbia. With 10 dead and dozens injured, bystanders recounted the first responders’ efforts as they rushed their injured colleagues to hospitals. President Ivan Duque immediately consulted with his political advisors and returned to the capital in the middle of his trip to western states.
