Des Moines Register: dog disease that can be transferred to humans

There’s a disease called “canine Brucellosis” that has recently come to the attention of health officials. Public warnings have stated that this disease can be transferred from dogs to humans. Several cases have been confirmed in Marian County, Iowa. You can read more about this here.
