South Pasadena officers used Narcan to save the life of a man suffering an overdose from Oxycodone. The man was found unresponsive and not breathing by the officers. They administered Narcan nasal spray and started CPR until the man became conscious and was breathing. It was the first time officers had used nasal Narcan since it was approved by the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Agency. click here.
