WSJ: Chinese Weapons Could Sustain Russia’s War Effort in Ukraine

As the Russia-Ukraine war rages on, the Russian military forces are burning through ammunition and suffering from shortages of critical equipment. Experts believe that China may be in a position to provide Russia with a lifeline in its war effort by providing military supplies as there is an overlap between the military systems of both countries. The reasons being China has exported weapons to many conflict-stricken areas in the world for years and that there is still a relationship between China and Russia from the early decades of the Chinese Communist Party’s rule.
