NPR: Transgender health care must be paid for by state insurance, says an appeal court

In the wake of more and more bills restricting transgender rights, this ruling is a huge victory. Though some officials disagree with their state’s decision, this ruling sets a precedent that will hopefully be applied in other states as well.
