Drone Kills Two Qaeda Suspects As Yemen Troops Launch Assault

Around midnight Friday night, a U.S. drone is believed to have killed two AL-Qaeda members. A security official stated that one of the members killed, Abu Hussein, was a local commander of the group. The other was a militant, named Dawoud al-Sanaani. The drone strike was in near central Yemen, attacking the men as they rode on motorcycles in Bayda province. Tensions have been high since President Trump has been in office, resulting in a escalation of the drone war.
