With almost 65,000 instances of dog bites reported from 2013 to 2017, Ohio lawmakers are considering tightening their dog laws. In the state, dog attacks requiring hospital admission have become much more common, affecting children and adults alike. A new bill considers holding the dog owner accountable for a fifth degree felony and mandating euthanasia for dogs that seriously injure or kill a person. To read more about this, click here.
