ScienceAlert: Vaping Just Once Could Immediately Change Your Blood Vessels, Even Without Nicotine

There has been a demonstrated need for more research about vaping and e-cigarettes, especially with more than 100 people just recently experiencing serious lung complications that are potentially linked to vaping and e-cigarettes. While it is important to note that this is a pilot study, researchers at the University of Pennsylvania observed adverse effects to blood vessels when participants vaped a liquid similar to ‘vape juice’ for the first time. Additional research is required for drawing more concrete conclusions, but the findings do suggest adverse health effects of vaping not previously known.
